Do we archive records and how?
We archive paper documents on a quarterly or annual basis, depending on the number of paper documents of the client in question. Electronic documents are backed up by us once a month by means of a backup copy on our disk. Databases are backed up every 24 hours.
What reports will I receive each month?
Each month you will receive accounting and tax reports from us. For a sole trader, for example, this will be the KPIR - Summary, and for a company it will be the Balance Sheet, P&L, P&L, settlements and, of course, the tax report.
Do you offer an on - line system?
Yes, in the subscription we offer both an on - line invoicing system and an office portal where the client can find all their invoices 24/7. Thanks to this tool, the client can upload documents to us from anywhere in the world where there is Internet.
Will I have a dedicated tutor?
Yes, depending on the process, it will be an accounting or bookkeeping and human resources employee. Get to know us under the ‘Team’ tab.
