Electronic handling process

We respect your time. If you decide to cooperate with Clever, your accounting duties will end with one thing - delivering documents to us. In Clever, we care about the environment, we are completely electronic, all you need to do is to provide us with your documents by scan, via disk or by means of a dedicated IT solution, i.e. the Office portal, where you have all your documents, settlements and communications in one place available online 24/7. That is enough! We will take care of the rest. For our customers who pay their invoices on time, we also have a surprise: free courier! If you pay our invoice on time, we will send a courier to you the following month to collect your paper documents at our expense. We will then archive them.

Full Accounting

With us, you can do full bookkeeping, where you get monthly balance sheets, profit and loss statements and detailed cost and revenue analyses included in the price. This way, without spending a lot of time, you can be in full control of your company’s finances and adapt your growth strategy to the current state.

In the ‘Settlements’ report, you can see all the most important data about your company, the status of receivables and payables, what other documents you should provide. In addition, the office portal will remind you of tax payments. We will send all necessary declarations electronically.

Simplified Accounting

If you are running a business activity or other entity settling accounts on the basis of the so-called simplified form of bookkeeping (e.g. Tax Revenue and Expenses Ledger or Lump Sum from registered income), this form of bookkeeping will be the most suitable for you. Revenue and expense ledger is a simplified form of bookkeeping, which, however, allows you to include the costs of business activity in your accounts and thus reduce the tax base and income tax. On a monthly basis once the documents have been submitted to us via the office portal, by scan or by post, Your accountant will prepare the relevant reports for you, including:

  • • Summary
  • • Tax report
In addition, the office portal will remind you of tax and social security payments. We will send all necessary declarations electronically.

If you would like more reports, your account manager can generate them for you, and analyse the results with you. You keep track of your sales results in a dedicated system. We respond to messages within 24 hours, and we offer the possibility to upload transfers to your bank!

As a modern accounting firm, we use a range of IT solutions to facilitate the flow of documentation and information for our clients. As part of our ongoing cooperation, we offer the following IT solutions to our clients:

  • The Office Portal supports communication between the client and the accountancy office. It is the most convenient and
    fastest way to provide necessary information to our clients.
    The Office portal offers, among other things - information about the amounts of taxes and social security contributions to be paid along with the parameters of
    transfers,
    • • detailed information on income tax and VAT,
    • • information on staff remuneration,
    • • monthly summaries of each type of tax, including settlements and wages and salaries,
    • • detailed reports.
  • Subiekt 123 is a simplified online invoicing system. It only takes a few tens of seconds to issue an invoice or receipt. You use ready-made customer data and a list of products previously entered into the application. Choose the form and date of payment. Alternatively, select reverse charge. For issued documents, you can easily generate PDF files and send them directly to your customers. If necessary, you can also correct them.
  • Cloud Clever Investment  is an easy-to-use and free of charge tool , used to improve cooperation between Clever Investment and clients using our services. In the cloud, your data is fully secure. You have access to them 24 hours a day, regardless of where you are at the moment. We also provide you with a number of other tools, e.g. a connection to your private mailbox or a calendar, which will help you in the daily management of your business. In Cloud Clever Investment, you will quickly find the documents and folders you upload, which will be organised according to your company specifications. You can also create folders on your own, which will help you keep your documents in order, save time and the cloud will allow you to organise all important things in one place.
